Return & Exchange Policy
According to Ukrainian law, jewelry of proper quality, as specified in the list of non-food products approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, is not subject to return or exchange. However, we understand that certain situations may arise, and we offer an exchange for jewelry of proper quality if the size or other external characteristics do not meet your expectations. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via phone or any messenger.
Conditions for Exchange:
✔ The item must be new and sealed.
✔ You must provide the sales receipt and product certificate.
✔ A valid ID (passport) is required.
✔ Jewelry with precious stone inserts must be sent to the factory for verification, which takes 10-14 days.
Cases Where Exchange is Not Possible:
✘ More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
✘ The seal is broken, the item is unsealed, or the receipt/product certificate is missing.
✘ The jewelry has mechanical damage or signs of use.
✘ The item has changed its properties due to improper use, including:
• Exposure to pools, chlorinated or alkaline cleaning agents.
• Contact with substances containing iodine, mercury, or other aggressive chemicals.
• Use of creams, ointments, or external factors that have altered the product.
